Pricing and availability 
All product prices are listed in Great British Pounds (£) sterling. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added at the current United Kingdom (UK) rate. Prices with a marked RRP (Recommended Retail Price) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Product Details 
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine. These are goods usually destined for the UK market but we may also sometimes offer 'parallel' market goods destined for sale in other countries. In these cases the packaging may vary to that of normal UK stock. We may also sometimes sell unboxed items or split multi-pack items down for individual sale. We may also supply goods considered as 'seconds' where the packaging is marked or scratched but where the products themselves are 'as new'. These are the same regular products that may be packaged or labelled differently.We make every reasonable effort to ensure all products marked as such are clearly identified on the system. By submitting your order to FaceDust, you are confirming that you are aware of these terms & conditions and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering and receiving these products.

The information you provide:
In using the FaceDust website you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the 'Checkout' procedure. The only information collated will be that to allow us to process your order.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
What we use the information for:
We use your information to process your order, send items you purchase and process payments through our secure banking facility.
Credit card payments are processed in real time by PayPal, an industry approved transaction handler. Once payment has been processed, card details are deleted from our system. We do not store any card details.

Delivery 
Free UK delivery between 2 - 5 days on all of our products
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem
Cancellations 
We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should anything go wrong, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.
Once FaceDust receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your order, any sum debited to FaceDust from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by FaceDust in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to FaceDust.
Returns
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery.
If: the product delivered is not what you ordered , or does not correspond with its description; the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, the product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days, we will replace the item or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us unused. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered in jiffy bag, than product must returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage in transit.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
